Just testing this out. High tech high seems like a really cool concept where the focus is more on the learning and figuring out how to solve problems, not so much focus on the content. It teaches kids to make mistakes and learn from them, pushing their learning to go deeper with how to learn and improve.

Bella, Jason, Tesla, and myself had a good chat about the video. One thing that stood out was the fact that kids in high schools took a test 3 months after they wrote it the first time and went from B+ average to an F. That to me really emphasizes how the content based learning can be so flawed. Students need to know how to learn, how to ask questions, communicate, work in a team, and solve problems through critical thinking, not just regurgitating from a textbook.
